Council identifies 191 George St as a strategic investigation site for potential future housing.

Mirvac enters a Development Management Agreement with Boral to develop the site.

Following project visioning and technical analysis, Mirvac submits Planning Scheme Amendment (PSA) to Council seeking to rezone the land.

Project accepted into State Government’s Development Facilitation Program (DFP) in which the Minister for Planning is appointed as planning authority for the PSA and the first Development Plan.

Lodgement and subsequent assessment of PSA and Development Plan by Planning Authority (including community consultation and public exhibition).

Planning Authority reviews submissions and provides recommendation to the Planning Minister.

If approved, subsequent Development Plans prepared and submitted.
